This hotel was a disappointment. I really thought I was staying in some sort of halfway house or welfare hotel. The mattress and were horrible...but I did like the had a refrigerator and stove

I had an enjoyable stay with friendly staff, clean rooms, and convenient location. The hotel facilities and parking were great. Transportation was easily accessible from this location. The staff was always cute and accommodating.

Nothing, it is perfect.

There are no words to describe Savannah Suites. It is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. Seem to be hookers in and out and staff smoking on no smoking floors. Needed a lot of professional trade work done. Sheetrock ect. Out of towels and pillows. front desk closed at night. Did not seem like a safe place. Once was enough, no to much!!!!

The room was clean and it was close proximity to the sports arena I was attending.

I didn't like the smell of the cirgarette smoke.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with anything we needed. The rooms themselves were also nicely decorated and seemed to be relatively clean. Another great aspect of our stay was the location, perfectly situated in a nice area.

We had a few issues during our stay. Firstly, we were disappointed that we had to wash our own towels as only one set was provided for the entire week. Additionally, we were under the impression that our room would be cleaned each day, but unfortunately all housekeeping did was take out the trash. To top it off, the sheets on our bed were never changed during our stay, which was quite disappointing.

I was quite dissapointed with this facility. The rooms heating unit was not working well. There were no eating facililties in the hotel and the room above us had very loud guest in it and the front desk did nothing even when I complained.

2 Big Complaints.. There was an unopened condom in our closet up on the wire shelving, easily visible to the cleaning staff.. And no ice machines.. I understand it's a "supposed" suite with a fridge/freezer and ice trays, but I only stayed over night for 6 hours.. I called the front desk and asked about ice machines, she said "you do have ice cube trays in the freezer".. Uhmm hello, water takes quite a while to freeze.

Located in a pleasant area, the hotel offers friendly service and well-maintained rooms with comfortable features such as air conditioning, large closets, and good quality beds. the rooms are spacious with an adequate kitchenette and clean bathrooms. the hotel is conveniently close to many local attractions such as shops and restaurants.

The cleaning services could be more attentive, as they only remove the trash and only supply one towel set for the whole stay, which could benefit from further improvement.

During my Christmas stay, I liked that the staff was incredibly friendly. They were always welcoming, and their hospitality made our trip enjoyable. Another aspect I enjoyed was the nice rooms. the accommodations were well-appointed, and everything was easy to use. the location of the hotel was perfect for us. It was close to the places we wanted to visit, so it saved us time and money.
